I want my brides to know that Lux Muse is there to awaken a fairytale that lives within their souls. She's a romantic but she's not traditional. She's a fairy, fierce and stands out in the crowd. Her style choices are not defined by the main stream but rather she chooses to show up as daring, unique and etherial.
Below is the copy of our wedding custom contract that every bride will be required to sign after deposit has been paid.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This contract is operated by Lux Muse. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lux Muse. Lux Muse offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing our custom wedding listing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”),

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
This contract becomes effective once you agree to these terms, place an order, and make a full non-refundable payment of $200 non-refundable deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that we are unable to accept or fulfill your order. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or item.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product. We will also refund any deposit taken.
We will assign an order number to your order. Please use this number when contacting us.
We may terminate the contract for a product at any time if:
(a) You fail to make payments when they are due.
(b) You do not provide us with necessary information to fulfill your order within a reasonable time.
(c) You do not allow us to deliver the products to you within a reasonable time.
ORDERING
Orders take approximately 2-6 months for production, starting from the date that the order confirmation is sent to you. While some pieces may complete production earlier, we recommend that you order your piece at least 6-8 months prior to your wedding date to allow adequate time for alterations and accessorizing.
A full non-refundable payment of $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering. The remaining payments will be broken up into two payments. Second payment is due within 30 days of placing your order. Final payment is due upon completion of the dress. Failure to pay the balance within 10 days of notification will be deemed a cancellation of the contract.
Until payment of the full order has been made, all items remain the property of Lux Muse. Your order will not be shipped until the balance is paid.
Customers are advised to retain their sales contracts and any receipts as proof of purchase and to have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and fully understand its requirements.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders canceled within 48 hours of payment and/or deposit confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled. Lux Muse does not offer refunds for change of mind, cancellation of a wedding, pregnancy, or weight changes. In the event that Lux Muse is unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued to the customer. Orders can not be canceled after 48 hours of payment confirmation. SIZING
Our pieces are made-to-order and tailored specifically for you based on the measurements provided. Please note that our sizing is basic custom sizing and additional alterations may be required at your expense to achieve your ideal fit once you've received your piece.
PIECE VARIATIONS
All of our pieces are made-to-order, and many items are handcrafted. Due to the nature of human involvement, slight variations may occur from time to time. Please note that exact colors, shades, fabrics, and applique placement may occasionally vary slightly.
CUSTOMIZATIONS & ALTERATIONS
Some customizations are available for an additional fee once you have received your piece. Permitted customizations include: changing the neckline, color, lengthening the train, moving a seam, adding straps, or altering the silhouette.
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. Given that alterations may be necessary to achieve the best fit. We can assist you in finding an alterations specialist in your area, but it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for any associated costs. Please note that Lux Muse will not be liable for any damage or errors caused to or suffered by your gown during any alteration services.
Please note that this is a custom piece made inspired by your inspiration photos and details you provide to us. By agreeing to this contract both parties accept that Lux Muse will have final design choices on your piece.
RETURNS
Lux Muse pieces are made-to-order, and therefore, non-refundable and non-returnable. Once you have made a deposit on your piece, you are entering into a contractual agreement to follow through with your chosen piece.
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling within the United States is based on a flat rate of $15. International orders will require an additional fee. The delivery time for shipping is estimated to be 2-7 days from the date a bride receives her shipping notification.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the delivery address.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time. However, unforeseen factors may cause occasional delays.
In the event that the order is returned to Lux Muse marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping carrier, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items to the correct mailing address.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

The parties agree that the purchase price of the wedding piece is
Buyer will agree to pay Seller in 3 payments.
- 1 payment of $200 via listing on Luxmuse.co for the deposit of their piece.
- 1 payment of (second payment is based off total price) via paypal or website listing upon confirmation of final design finalized by both Seller and Buyer within a month of purchase of custom.
- 1 payment of (third payment is based off total price) when the piece is completed and is ready for shipment or pick up via paypal or website listing.
By signing this agreement, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of the payment schedule and final price of their piece. Alterations to this agreement can only be made by both parties. Both parties will receive a copy of this agreement and will be responsible for upholding it’s terms.
